ScoreTutor is the music-reading practice site at scoretutor.com and the ScoreTutor Android app.

What we collect

• Account: your name, email, and a password if you set one. Google sign-in sends us the name and email on that Google account.
• Practice: your answers, scores, progress, and training settings.
• Payments: whether a paid plan is active. Google Play and Stripe take payments in the app and on the website. We do not store your card number or any associated information.
• Your activity in the app and on the website, the app version and browser version, a shortened IP address, and anonymous geographical information related to that address. We use this to run ScoreTutor and see how it is used. We do not sell it.
• A session cookie, so you stay signed in and we can connect you to your account during that session.

What we do not collect

We do not read your contacts, precise location, microphone, camera, or advertising ID.

We do not collect device identifiers such as an IMEI.

Third parties who may receive certain data

They handle it only so the service can run.

• Google, for sign-in and for payments.
• Stripe, for payments.
• Krystal, which hosts ScoreTutor.
• Cloudflare, for DNS and for certain network services.

How long we keep it

We keep the account and practice data while the account exists.

Deleting the account does not delete your payment information held by the payment provider, and it does not end a subscription fee before the current period ends.

We may keep payment records where the law requires it. Switching the account off is not deletion.

Email us to delete the account and that data.
